Health for Teens

Hampshire and IoW CYP Crisis Line

This service is a telephone support service for Children and Young People aged 11 – 17 years old in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight (excl Portsmouth & Southampton); who are experiencing mental health crisis. 0300 303 1590
Through the crisis line callers will have immediate access to:

  • One to one confidential, emotional support
  • Advice on healthy coping skills and resources
  • Signposting to useful apps and websites

An alternative education provider delivering programmes to young people in schools, colleges, community centres, pupil referral units and young offender units - as well as through include, which is our own network of registered schools.

Motiv8

Motiv8 exists to improve the life chances of young people. Supporting young people to be healthy, stay safe and to achieve. They deliver in partnership with schools to provide Group Programmes including accredited alternative learning and outdoor activities. They provide individual personalised support to help get young people into college or a job, offering group programmes build confidence and self-esteem.

Young People’s Services and Support in the Fareham area.

Inclusion Fareham

Inclusion Recovery Fareham Hub provides a range of interventions for anyone aged 18 and over, using drugs and/or alcohol or experiencing any of the problems that are associated with its use and live around the Fareham area.

Y Services

Y Services offers supportive youth work in a variety of settings, delivering in a range of approaches that support children and young people in their local communities.

East Hampshire, Havant and Winchester

Youth First

Youth First deliver services which help those less able to help themselves, working with communities and individuals who may be socially disadvantaged, vulnerable and isolated.

Southampton & South West Hampshire

No Limits

No Limits offers free, confidential and non-judgmental support to all children and young people under the age of 26 in Southampton and across Hampshire. Drop in to the No Limits Advice Centre or find us in your school or college.

A support centre for people aged 6-25 years offering information, support, advice and counselling for people living in Romsey and the surrounding areas.

Isle of Wight

Space4U

Support for children and young people on the Isle of Wight aged 11-17 who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health and who need access to out of hours emotional and practical support.

Weekly sessions available at two locations; East Newport Family Centre and Sandown Family Centre.

Healthier Together

The resources on the Healthier Together website have been developed in partnership between parents and healthcare professionals from across Dorset, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. You'll find clear information on common childhood illnesses, including advice on what 'red-flag' signs to look out for, where to seek help if required, what you should do to keep your child comfortable and how long your child's symptoms are likely to last.
