Digital Condoms Access Survey - Your Voice Matters
Get It On: Feedback Survey (Ages 13–24) Your voice matters – help shape the future of sexual health support in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. We’re gathering feedback from young people aged 13–24 about the Get It On condom distribution scheme (C-Card) - what’s working, what could be better, and what you’d like to see in the future.
Your call will be taken by specialist Sexual Health clinicians and other staff who will be able to advise on the best care for you.
Urgent alert
We are currently experiencing some issues with orders for condoms by post and STI home testing kit requests through the Personal Health Record (PHR). There are some technical difficulties with the address search function. Please ensure you double check your address details are correct before submitting your requests. We are working on resolving this issue as quickly as possible and would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Your call will be taken by specialist Sexual Health clinicians and other staff who will be able to advise on the best care for you. Please call from a private location as they may ask questions of an intimate nature.
During the morning, when lines are most busy, a call back facility is available so that you don’t have to stay on the phone. Please remember to answer calls from unknown numbers if you request a call back.
Lines close at 5.30pm Monday to Wednesday. On Thursday, lines close at 4.30pm and on Friday at 3.30pm. These earlier closing times allow us to increase staffing earlier in the week when lines are busiest.
All calls are logged and recorded for training and monitoring purposes, except where a full telephone consultation is carried out when recording will be paused.
Our online Personal Health Record is still available if you prefer to access our service that way.
